• 4+ years of Land Development Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience or degrees in other disciplines may be substituted at Management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Solicit quotes from contractors and prepare bid tabulations.
• Prepare and send shortform contracts from Excel templates.
• Prepare recommendations of award and notices to proceed.
• Process contractor pay applications and change orders.
• Attend board meetings and assist with monthly reports.
• Travel to project sites in the greater DFW area.
