Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. The role focuses on leading land development civil projects, coordinating with owners and external teams, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met. The candidate will supervise up to five technical staff and implement QA/QC processes.

The position offers a competitive compensation package and bonus eligibility based on performance and company success, with travel to sites nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of total experience, with four (4) as a Project Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States
• Experience leading land development civil teams to produce civil plan sets
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage land development civil engineering projects to meet schedules and budgets
• Lead civil teams to produce plan sets
• Coordinate with Owner/Architect and outside team members to execute projects
• Manage internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology and hydraulics) and communicate technical details
• Implement QA/QC program and ensure compliance within the project team
• Work with City/County staff for approval of project plans
• Administer construction services portions of projects including RFI responses and site meetings
• Oversee up to five technical personnel: assign tasks, review work, train staff, and handle evaluations and promotions
