Job summary

Noor Group is partnering with a Residential Land Developer seeking an experienced Land Development Manager in Houston to drive project delivery from concept to permits. You will coordinate development activities, manage timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination.

The role requires coordination of subdivision approvals, development agreements, and landscape plans, with a focus on meeting business objectives and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the development of properties in line with business objectives, timelines, and financial goals
• Understanding all phases of land development, including sequencing, municipal coordination, infrastructure, budgeting, and consultant management
• Managing the entitlement process to secure permits
• Overseeing all phases of development planning
• Coordinating approvals for subdivision plans, development and reimbursement agreements, and landscape plans

Job description

We are partnering with a Residential Land Developer that is growing in Houston. They are looking for an experienced Land Development Manager to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the successful development of properties in alignment with business objectives, project timelines, and financial goals
• Understand all phases of the land development process, including project sequencing, municipal coordination, infrastructure development, budgeting, and consultant management
• Planning and entitlement process in which the company operates, identifying and addressing requirements necessary to secure development and building permits
• Manage and oversee all phases of development planning
• Coordinate and secure approvals for subdivision plans, development agreements, reimbursement agreements, and landscape plans
