Responsibilities

• Land acquisition strategy identifying, negotiating, and acquiring new land and lots to meet the divisions future needs
• Creates and maintains relationships with land owners, sellers, developers, brokers
• Communications with appropriate internal and external partners, division leadership, and executive team is required
• Identify opportunities for land and lot acquisition
• Negotiate and acquire land and lots
• Drafts and submits LOIs
