Job summary

Noor Group is partnering with a reputable production home builder to identify an experienced acquisition professional for the Land Development Manager position in Orlando. You will review civil plans, geotechnical evaluations, landscape plans and project specifications to ensure finished lots are ready for construction.

You will oversee the development and scheduling process for installation, preparation of lots, model homes and related landscaping, parks and amenities, while tracking milestones

Responsibilities

• Review civil plans, geotechnical evaluations, landscape plans and project specifications necessary to deliver finished lots to enable construction of a home
• Oversee all aspects of the development and scheduling process for installation, preparation of home lots, model home and project landscaping, parks and amenities construction
• Project schedule is accurate including Identifying and reporting delays
• Track and communicate milestones to departments and stakeholders
