Our client, a leading land development firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development in Civil Engineering for immediate employment in their Orlando, Florida office. This position offers a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities

• Engage with and supervise design team activities related to residential and commercial developments
• Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities
• Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater, Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
