NSG - Real Estate & Construction (Noor Staffing Group) is seeking an Acquisition professional in Palm Bay, FL. Open to relocation and experience in land and lot acquisitions is required.

The role involves developing land acquisition strategies, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with internal and external partners to meet future expansion needs. LOIs will be drafted and submitted as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition and negotiating with landowners, developers, and brokers.
• Ability to identify opportunities for land and lot acquisitions and manage LOIs.

Responsibilities

• Land acquisition strategy: identify, negotiate, and acquire land and lots to meet divisions' future needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, sellers, developers, brokers.
• Communicate with internal/external partners, division leadership, and executive team.
• Identify opportunities for land and lot acquisitions and negotiate/close deals.
• Draft and submit LOIs.
