Job summary

OWN, Inc. in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Team Leader to guide land development projects from concept through construction. You will work with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving technically, financially, and relationally.

You will mentor engineers, strengthen client relationships, monitor scope, schedule and budget, and help expand our presence in the Springfield market by shaping how the team operates and delivers work.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of land development experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong project and client management experience.
• Experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role.
• A sense of ownership: you care about the work, your team, and your clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal teams to keep things moving technically, financially, and relationally.
• Mentor and support a team of engineers and build/strengthen client relationships.
• Stay close to project performance (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Play a role in expanding our presence in the Springfield market.
• Help shape how the team operates and delivers work.
