Job summary

OWN, Inc. is expanding its Land Development team in Springfield, MO, seeking a Team Leader with a proven track record of leading projects and client relationships. You’ll shape delivery, mentor engineers, and play a key role in growing the local presence while ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.

You will guide cross-functional efforts, influence how work is delivered, and contribute to the team’s growth and success in the Springfield market.

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required or preferred.
5+ years of land development experience.
PE license preferred.
Strong project and client management experience.
Experience leading teams or clear readiness to step into that role.
A sense of ownership: you care about the work, your team, and your clients.

Responsibilities

Lead land development projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Mentor and support a team of engineers.
Build and strengthen client relationships and help bring in new ones.
Stay close to project performance: scope, schedule, and budget.
Play a role in expanding OWN's Springfield market presence.
Help shape how the team operates and delivers work.
