Job summary

OWN, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Team Leader to guide land development from concept through construction, shaping delivery and team growth.

You’ll mentor engineers, manage client relationships, monitor scope, schedule, and budget, and help expand our Springfield presence.

This role requires a BS in Civil Engineering (or related field), 5+ years in land development, and leadership experience (PE preferred).

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of land development experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong project and client management experience.
• Experience leading teams or readiness to step into that role.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through construction with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and support a team of engineers.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and help bring new ones in.
• Monitor project performance: scope, schedule, and budget.
• Contribute to expanding OWN, Inc.'s presence in the Springfield market.
• Shape how the team operates and delivers work.
