Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri preferred.
• 10+ years of land development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and emerging leaders.
• Oversee group projects and client relationships, providing guidance.
• Shape the group's direction, growth, and pipeline.
• Balance resources and priorities across the group.
• Collaborate across OWN to strengthen the firm.
