Job summary

Ashton Woods Homes is seeking a development/construction professional to oversee land development projects in the Nashville area. You will coordinate with municipal staff, manage development construction activities, and ensure adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules.

You will liaise with contractors, apply for permits, and drive on-time, quality community delivery. The role requires a background in construction management or business, 3–5 years in homebuilding and land development, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business or equivalent years of experience.
3-5 years of homebuilding experience preferred.
3-5 years of land development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent the Division with integrity within the contractor, government, and homeowner community.
Coordinate with municipal staff on development permitting, construction, and scheduling.
Schedule development construction activities to meet the project plan.
Monitor progress of development contractors and manage civil improvements.
Ensure projects align with plans, budgets, and on-time delivery.
Handle invoicing approvals and coordination of close-out activities.
