Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of residential communities with civil engineers and planners.
• Manage bids, budgets, schedules, and development work.
• Oversee quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Coordinate HOA matters and attend annual meetings.
• Identify land acquisition opportunities and evaluate costs.
