Job summary

DRB Homes in Dallas/Addison, TX is seeking a Land Acquisition professional to evaluate opportunities, purchase properties, and support home building and sales teams for successful communities.

Responsibilities include sourcing properties, developing LOIs, maintaining relationships with developers, using GIS and market data tools, and assisting with feasibility studies, negotiations, and investment package presentations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing potential properties for purchase, develop offers and LOIs.
• Foster and maintain relationships with land developers, brokers, and land owners.
• Utilize GIS software and market data tools to search for acquisition targets.
• Assist with land/finance/sales feasibility studies and pro forma analysis.
• Assist with land and lot purchase negotiations and contract reviews.
• Coordinate due diligence investigations and evaluations of acquisitions.
• Prepare investment packages for Land Committee and coordinate information flow to teams.
• Support development of entitlements and budgets for new projects.
