Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. The ideal candidate will lead projects, manage internal teams, and be a trusted partner to clients.

Qualifications

  • PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in land development/civil engineering.
  • Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
  • Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
