Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a Professional Civil Engineer in California.

Responsibilities

• Review infrastructure plans for street, drainage, grading and erosion control.
• Evaluate technical reports including WQMPs and drainage studies.
• Review building plans for compliance with California Building Codes and state regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and developers on project processing.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Engineer I and II staff.
• Ensure projects comply with County standards and applicable statutes.
