Consor is seeking a Land Development Engineering Designer to support project development from feasibility through construction on primarily large residential master-planned developments.

You will assist with design, prepare exhibits and cost estimates in AutoCAD, and coordinate with outside parties while conducting field visits to observe construction and ensure compliance with plans. A Texas EIT and 2+ years of Central Texas land development experience are required.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology, EIT Certification, and 2+ years of Central Texas land development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.
• Must have valid TX driver's license and be comfortable with hybrid office/field work.

Mansioni

• Provide design support for streets, drainage, water and wastewater utilities.
• Assist in generating project deliverables: cost estimates, plans, specs, and reports.
• Prepare exhibits and detail sheets in AutoCAD; draft and refine design documents.
• Research and coordinate with material and equipment providers.
• Conduct field visits to observe construction work and ensure compliance.
• Read and interpret civil construction drawings and review plans for project requirements.
