Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury homebuilder, seeks a Project Manager, Community Planning to join our Florida division in St Johns. You will oversee community start-up, coordinate architectural product development, and work with divisional leaders to drive performance across four divisions.

The role involves managing the start-up process from due diligence through opening for sale, developing product catalogs, coordinating marketing materials, and ensuring Toll standards are met in site

Qualifications

• Residential real estate development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community start-up process from land due diligence to opening for sale, including workplans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate architectural product development and maintenance with divisional partners.
• Analyze ongoing community performance with divisional leaders to promote excellence and growth.
• Ensure appearance standards, landscaping, and model homes meet Toll Brothers quality expectations.
