Job summary

Arevon in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and review of multiple sets of financial statements across corporate, project, and joint venture entities under US GAAP.

The successful candidate will coordinate close processes, support audits, and collaborate across accounting, tax, treasury, legal, and operations; CPA preferred and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting experience.
• Experience with financial statements and footnote disclosures under U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in a complex multi-entity environment; renewable energy/real estate/project finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and close processes.
• Ability to manage multiple statements and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills with audit-ready workpapers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of annual financial statements across entities.
• Ensure statements, footnotes, and schedules are accurate and GAAP-compliant.
• Coordinate reporting calendars, deliverables, and review processes.
• Support audits, including tie-outs and PBC requests with auditors.
• Collaborate across accounting, finance, tax, treasury, legal, and operations.
