Job summary

Arevon, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an Analyst, Contracts Management to support the full contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will draft, redline, organize, and track contracts while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of contracts management experience.
• 0–1 year of renewable energy experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, redlining, organizing, trackers, and approvals.
• Ability to describe how prior work supported commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Word, contract management tools, and MS Office.
• Travel may be required to support critical negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, redlining, and approval routing for EPC, M&O, equipment supply, and related contracts.
• Coordinate inputs across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Maintain trackers, issue logs, and decision records to drive timely execution.
• Support updates to templates, forms, checklists, and governance tools.
• Prepare concise summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership.
