Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineer in Orlando, FL to support residential, commercial, and municipal projects from feasibility to construction. The role requires expertise in grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and permitting, with site design and Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in land development design required.
• Proficiency in grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering design plans, calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, utility, and infrastructure calculations.
• Develop site plans, utility plans, drainage plans, and construction drawings for land development projects.
• Support residential, commercial, and master-planned community developments.
• Coordinate designs with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate permitting efforts with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning requirements and municipal regulations.
• Resolve design challenges and construction conflicts in the field.
