Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in land development/site civil design within a consulting environment preferred.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development and site design.
• Familiarity with hydro- and hydrologic modeling tools (HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).
• Knowledge of permitting processes and municipal development regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site civil projects for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Develop site layouts, drainage and utility plans, and construction drawings.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and stormwater analyses.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
• Coordinate with developers, municipalities, utility authorities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project teams.
• Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration; mentor junior staff.
