Job summary

Stillpoint AEC seeks a Civil Engineer with land development and site civil expertise to lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will plan, design, and coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure, guiding projects from feasibility through construction.

Ideal candidates have PE licensure or are progressing toward it, with experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling; a strong collaborative, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Land development/site civil design experience preferred.
• Experience with planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT considered.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with stormwater/hydrologic modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and support land development and site civil projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Develop site layouts, drainage and water/sewer plans, and construction drawings.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and stormwater analysis.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and permitting packages.
• Support feasibility studies, due diligence, and project coordination.
