Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer with land development and site civil experience to support residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role offers hybrid work options and opportunities for project leadership and mentorship.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, site design experience, and are pursuing PE licensure or are licensed. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related modeling tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires civil engineering degree and land/site development experience.
• Experience with site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design preferred.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT considered for progression.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and support land development and site civil projects across residential, commercial, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional sectors.
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and prepare construction documents.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage and utility drawings, and erosion control plans.
• Design water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and related site infrastructure.
• Conduct hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and related modeling.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, and permitting packages; support feasibility and design phases.
• Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior staff.
• Assist with zoning, entitlement, and regulatory coordination.
