You will apply civil engineering concepts, prepare construction plans and reports, collaborate with review agencies and clients, and produce grading plans and road design using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in site development design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Able to work effectively in teams to achieve common goals.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges.
• Preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents.
• Coordination with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit application.
• Preparation of grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards.
• Perform detailed and complex calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements.
• Preparation of detailed technical reports and project presentation materials.
• Assist project engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within project budgets.
• Attend project meetings.
