Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician/CAD Designer to join our Land Development team.

You will support engineering staff by creating and editing CAD drawings and design documents using CAD software, under supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and project managers, ensuring drawings meet Westwood standards, and maintaining accurate project files throughout the drafting and construction process.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and design skills.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and modify CAD drawings according to project needs.
• Assist engineers and project managers with drafting, design, and documentation tasks.
• Coordinate filing, storage, and retrieval of drawings and documents.
• Plot and check drawings to ensure accuracy and conformance.
