Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join a highly experienced team supporting a licensed Civil Engineer while you learn company practices and local codes. You will devote significant time to mastering AutoCAD Civil3D and pursuing a Professional Engineering license.

The role emphasizes organization, self-motivation, and collaboration to solve complex issues on time and within budget, with a strong focus on responsible design and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or the ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Engineer-in-Training Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs, analysis, and issues.
• Prepare entitlement documents in support of Tentative Maps, Vacations, Zone Changes, Entitlements, etc.
