• Work is closely managed; 0-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform design iteration and prepare project architectural plans.
• Observe construction in the field under supervision of a licensed architect or senior project manager.
• Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
• Assist in administration of construction contracts and periodic on-site observation of work during construction.
