Job summary

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, is seeking a Land Contract Coordinator to support our land acquisition team by coordinating contract documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.

This role partners closely with senior land leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel to ensure land contracts and related materials are accurate, complete, and executed on time. Opportunities for growth exist within a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of land contracts, real estate, or development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters of intent, contract packages, and supporting docs for land opportunities.
• Coordinate with outside counsel to review, edit, and finalize land contracts and exhibits.
• Draft amendments and correspondence as directed by land leadership.
• Track feasibility periods, due diligence items, signatures, and post-execution docs.
• Maintain land deposits, letters of credit, and collateral tracking.
• Prepare and update land reports, including takedowns and consumption reports.
• Coordinate Phase I environmental studies and consolidate insurance docs.
• Support land prospecting through correspondence prep and public-record research.
