Job summary

NVR is seeking a Land Administration Manager in Atlanta to oversee the Land Contract Management System, provide administrative leadership, and support land acquisition activities.

You will coordinate seller closings with Homes teams and counsel, manage contract amendments with outside counsel, and supervise environmental assessments to ensure insurance standards are met.

This role blends legal coordination with real estate operations to help secure timely, compliant land deals.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years successful contract administration experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Real Estate paralegal experience.
  • Homebuilding industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative functions regarding land acquisition contracts and milestones.
  • Coordinate seller acquisition closings with Ryan Homes and developer counsel, corporate office, and seller's agent.
  • Coordinate and complete contract amendments with outside legal counsel.
  • Coordinate Phase I Environmental assessments and ensure insurance standards are met, and remediation actions are properly documented.
  • Make recommendations for amending contract language for consistency with changing standards.
  • Facilitate the flow of information, resolve issues, and monitor timely performance of law firms.
  • Assist developers with contracts, deeds, HOA documentation, and filing of rezoning and condominium applications.

Land Administration Manager

As a Land Administration Manager, you will work with our industry-leading land acquisition team to manage the Land Contract Management System, provide administrative leadership, administer legal functions related to land contracts, and perform other land acquisition support activities. Your ability to demonstrate an understanding of land contracts and the variation in terms from contract to contract will make you successful!
