Job summary

NVR is seeking a Land Contract Coordinator to support its land acquisition team by coordinating land contract documentation, reporting, and compliance activities. You will partner with senior land leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel to ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and executed on time.

You will prepare letters of intent, contract packages, and supporting materials, while tracking due diligence items, signatures, and post‑execution documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience or working knowledge of land contracts, real estate, or development processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, document preparation, and reporting tools. Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external consultants.

  • Prepare letters of intent, contract packages, and supporting documentation for new and existing land opportunities.

  • Draft contract amendments and correspondence as directed by land leadership.

  • Prepare and update land reports, including lot takedowns, consumption reports, and post‑contract summaries.
  • Coordinate Phase I environmental studies and consolidate insurance and remediation documentation.
  • Support land prospecting efforts through correspondence preparation and public record research.
