Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling Inc is seeking an Equipment Operator in Texas to operate track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, and grinders used in land clearing and mulch production.

Role requires safe and professional equipment operation, routine inspections, and meticulous documentation. Candidates should be able to work up to 60 hours weekly, lift 50 lbs, and maintain PPE compliance in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work +/- 60 hours per week, incl. Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, and grinders.
• Perform pre/post service inspections on equipment.
• Complete daily service and paperwork (inspections, work orders, logs).
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Report accidents or injuries promptly.
