The role requires 1–3 years in land development or infrastructure construction, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Travel and collaboration across teams are essential to success.
Legend Homes is looking for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our Academy Development team in Houston, TX. The Assistant Development Manager will support the Project Manager in performing and overseeing day-to-day land development activities, including due diligence on land acquisitions, budget and schedule tracking, field observation, and coordination through the completion of improved lots and development approvals.
