Job summary

Holiday Builders seeks a Land Acquisition Analyst to identify land for residential development and manage the purchase process in designated markets. You will conduct market research, due diligence, negotiate with sellers, and coordinate with title and consultants to support closings.

You will maintain land inventories, track budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while building relationships with land developers, Realtors, and investors to expand the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree and at least 3 years in land acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret real estate contracts and zoning documents.
• Travel to designated markets will be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and due diligence for land opportunities.
• Build relationships with land developers, Realtors, and sellers.
• Maintain inventory and pipeline of buildable lots.
• Review lot contracts and collect seller/lot data.
• Manage acquisition budgets and negotiate accordingly.
• Prepare market analyses and participate in contract negotiations.
• Track land values and maintain land inventory databases.
• Coordinate feasibility studies with consultants and regulators.
• Ensure site inspections and closings occur on schedule.
