Holiday Builders is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to identify land for acquisition within the designated region and manage all duties related to purchase and tracking of land acquisitions. The role emphasizes market research, due diligence, and relationships with developers and Realtors.

The candidate will maintain a buildable lot inventory, review contracts, negotiate terms, and coordinate closings with title companies. Travel to assigned markets is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum 3 years land acquisition experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Locate land/lots for acquisition and conduct market due diligence.
• Develop relationships with land developers, Realtors, land investor/sellers, etc.
• Maintain inventory of buildable lots and pipelines.
• Review contracts and enter seller/lot information for purchases.
• Coordinate with title companies to track lot closings and extensions.
• Communicate with listing agents and sellers to facilitate closings.
• Travel as required to regions within the assigned territory.
