Base Pay Range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of land opportunities for residential development.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support acquisition decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to assess site feasibility and prepare investment proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and landowners to drive a consistent pipeline of deals.

Role Details

Retail/restaurant site selection, or residential land acquisition both encouraged to apply! This is a fully in‑office role requiring strong market insight, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
