Job summary

KB Home is seeking a senior leader to drive land acquisition strategy and operations for its division. You will guide LOI negotiations, land package analysis, and staff management, while building strong relationships with developers, land owners, brokers, and banks.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and a results-oriented approach. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in land acquisition, strong leadership, and experience in real estate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Planning or related field is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in land acquisition, contract negotiation and relationship building.
• Leadership experience with strategic planning and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identification of land opportunities, LOIs, negotiations, proformas and purchase agreements.
• Manage preparation, analysis, and timely delivery of land packages to Land Committee.
• Lead staff development, staffing, and build relationships with external parties.
• Establish policies and procedures to meet business plans and growth targets.
