Job summary

Lennar seeks a Land Analyst in Pensacola, FL to support the Vice President of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager. You will source, analyze, and prepare market data, financials, and feasibility documentation to support corporate approvals.

Expect hands-on modeling and cross-functional collaboration. You will prepare pro formas, perform market analysis, and assist in divestiture and pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or similar required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Local real estate knowledge is highly beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; mapping tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a lead role in financial analysis for quarterly and annual division plans.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flow, and IRR analyses.
• Assist in underwriting, proformas, and feasibility studies for acquisitions.
• Develop financial models and contribute to market analyses and competitive pricing.
