Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme to maximize Lancôme brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and guiding purchases while maintaining store standards and in-store events.

The SBA supports guest service and team culture, participates in trainings, builds relationships with guests, and helps grow Lancôme brand performance through knowledge of products and trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license required where state law dictates.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet guests, identify needs, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments and support in-store Lancôme events.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to dress code.
