Qualifications

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store-level targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on prestige training to drive category performance.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain relationships with guests and inform them about promotions and events.
