Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples and product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and demonstrations for guests.
• Stay current on prestige training to drive category performance.
• Book appointments and support in-store Lancôme services and events.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and active contact with a growing client list.
