Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Demonstrates competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples and recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering guest experience.
• Maintain store standards and participate in trainings.
