Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree plus 2 years LAN/WAN IT experience or equivalent.
• Relevant IT experience with network planning, security and administration.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, SAN/NAS, wireless APs).
• Monitor performance and perform regular maintenance and firmware updates.
• Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues promptly.
• Maintain Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VMs, backups, and imaging tools.
• Implement security policies, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS; coordinate vulnerability remediation.
• Support SSO/MFA across agency platforms and lead incident responses.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and coordinate with vendors on changes.
• Lead office setups, hardware refreshes, and cloud solution projects.
• Document architecture, configurations, and security protocols.
