Description

As a LAN Analyst, you will work both independently and as part of a team on complex network projects. You will develop your professional network and leadership skills by supporting a variety of network-related solutions. Your technical skills and business understanding will help solve critical business problems.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN issues; replace defective components as needed.
2. Support requests related to LAN development and support.
3. Provide off-shift support for critical incidents, including on-call rotations.
4. Collaborate with business partners and vendors on infrastructure integration.
5. Design and implement processes and improvements for development and support.
6. Follow ITSM processes and document all changes.
7. Coordinate with other technical teams for changes involving firewall, VPN, wireless, NAC, etc.
8. Advise business partners on LAN-related technical questions and issues.

Pay and Benefits
