Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a dependable Laminator to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will prepare and process circuit board panels, operate a laminating press, and ensure quality through careful finishing work.

Training on 1st shift for six weeks precedes the regular 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Pay is $19.00/hour, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build circuit board books by stacking panels and bonding materials.
• Load materials into the laminating press and operate the machine.
• Monitor the press to ensure correct processing and quality.
• Inspect boards for defects and perform finishing work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
