The role requires performing laminating with precision, preparing components for curing, and maintaining quality through close work with engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proactive, can-do approach with focus on team goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle composite materials safely and follow procedures.
• Hand laminate composite materials, following specifications.
• Prepare components for autoclave curing using vacuum bagging.
• Prepare molds and tooling with sealers and release systems.
• Fabricate molds based on supplied patterns.
• Follow manuals and processes, addressing quality issues with engineers.
• Follow supervisor priorities to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Follow safety policies and report risks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
