Position Overview:

The Laminator I is responsible for laminating composite components onto molds to create custom products for various industries, including Motorsports, OEM, and Aerospace. This role requires expertise in handling composite materials, following safety procedures, and producing high‑quality custom parts through precise laminating techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle composite materials safely and follow procedures.
• Hand laminate composite materials, following specifications.
• Prepare components for autoclave curing using vacuum bagging.
• Prepare molds and tooling with sealers and release systems.
• Fabricate molds based on supplied patterns.
• Follow manuals and processes, addressing quality issues with engineers.
• Follow supervisor priorities to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Follow safety policies and report risks.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Hours of Operation:

1 st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 2 nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
