The Lamination Lead will assist the Production Supervisor in organizing and maintaining efficient operations within the Lamination department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily lamination processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Lamination Lead will train and supervise team members, assist with troubleshooting production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals.
1 st Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM; 2 nd Shift: 4:00PM - 1:00PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled by leadership. This position is required to work on-site during scheduled business hours. Any exceptions for remote or work-from-home arrangements must be reviewed and approved in advance by the employee’s manager.
