Job summary

Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Lamination Team Lead to oversee daily lamination operations, coach and train team members, and drive continuous improvement alongside the Project Lead.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards, maintain documentation accuracy, manage training, and support safety procedures in a climate-controlled environment on site. A strong background in composites lamination and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in composites lamination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for communication and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lamination operations and ensure production runs smoothly.
• Coach and train team members and assist with onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards; maintain documentation.
