You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, working side by side with your team. You’ll optimize workflows, mentor talent, and be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Lamination department, ensuring composite parts are produced safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering and quality requirements.
The Supervisor will work closely with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to identify priorities, resolve production constraints, and ensure parts move through the manufacturing process on time. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on composite manufacturing knowledge with the ability to lead, coach, organize, and hold a growing production team accountable.
$90,000 - $125,000 a year
Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
